Francesca Grossi
Ph.D. student
Francesca received her B.Sc and M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering at “Sapienza Università di Roma”, with a focus on fabrication processes and characterization of devices for micro- and nanoelectronics. Then she obtained a junior research fellowship at the department of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering (DIET) at ” Sapienza Università di Roma” to work within the DRUIDA project, in collaboration with CNR – Istituto di Fotonica e Nanotecnologie (IFN), during which she worked on the development of UV microsensors for environmental dosimetry application. She is currently a Ph.D. student at the department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering (DEIB) in Politecnico di Milano, where she works on design and fabrication of antireflection coating and antireflective microstructure for MIR and LWIR applications, in collaboration with STMicroelectronics.
