SeyedMohammad SeyedinNavadeh and Emanuela Gubello, together with Prof. Andrea Melloni, represented our group at the European Conference on Integrated Optics (ECIO)in Zurich, sharing two contributions:
- Polarization- and Phase-Insensitive Coherent Combiner using Monolithically-Integrated Electronic-Photonic Chip
- A programmable electronic-photonic chip capable of automatically compensating phase and polarization fluctuations, enabling the coherent recombination of high-speed optical signals.
- High-Extinction-Ratio Broadband Operation of Silicon Photonic Switch via Adaptive Control
- Adaptive control techniques can extend the operating bandwidth of broadband silicon photonic switches, maintaining extinction ratios above 30 dB over a 100 nm wavelength range.
